The IM300 is a highly versatile, portable anchor device specifically engineered for use in fall protection and restraint systems. Designed with safety, ease of transport, and simplicity in mind, the IM300 is the ideal solution for work on flat roofs where permanent or structural anchor points are not available

Whether you’re performing maintenance, inspection, or installation tasks, the IM300 provides a secure, temporary anchorage point that helps ensure the safety of personnel working at height

One of the IM300’s standout features is its modular design, which consists of 12 individual rubber weights and a central anchor post assembly. This smart configuration allows for:-

• Easy transportation in manageable components
• Quick assembly and disassembly without the need for cranes, hoists, or any specialised lifting equipment
• Efficient storage and relocation, especially beneficial for mobile workforces or contractors

Each rubber weight is 22kg, enabling manual handling by trained personnel, while the post and connecting plate weigh just 9kg, keeping the system practical and convenient

The IM300 is designed for use by a single person for either:-

• Fall Arrest (Protection) — to stop a fall safely if it occurs
• Work Restraint — to prevent a worker from reaching an area where a fall could happen

It is suitable for use on flat roofs with a maximum pitch of 5° and is fully certified to EN 795:2012 (Type E), meeting strict European safety standards
